55 Series Aluminium Bi-Folding Door

This series is used around the world in many applications, and in Florida the system has achieved the prestigious ‘Hurricane Proof Standard’.  The 55 is a non-thermally broken system which is ideally suited for internal use – whether you choose this door as the intermediate opening between the house and conservatory/extension or used to sub-divide an internal space this series is truly the ultimate room divider.

The 55 is also the preferred specification for commercial use within public houses or to open the front of a café or restaurant.

80 Series Aluminium Bi-Folding  Door

This series is mainly used in colder climates where you need to keep the cold weather outside and the warmth inside.

The thermal performance and slim lines of the 80 series door make them the natural choice for external use.  If you wish to fully open the rear of a property, open a conservatory or to enclose a swimming pool these are the doors for you. 

The 80 is a fully thermally broken system incorporating ‘a state of the art’ polyamide thermal bridge ensuring excellent performance.  This method of thermally breaking the profile also easily allows for dual colour doors.

ESPO® Systems

Whichever series you choose the natural light will flood in, with both series having ultra slim lines with a mere 127mm from glass to glass!
The doors slim lines belie the fact that our systems are strong, secure and extremely durable.
All of the systems offer a high level of security. ESPO® have developed a range of locking mechanisms and hinges designed especially for their systems. The main doors are fitted with key operated multi point locking and concealed shootbolts as standard, with the aim of keeping unwanted visitor out and the property safe and secure.  

Weather proofing has also been well thought out with the sashes having triple weather gaskets. ESPO® doors are subjected to the most stringent European atmospheric tests and demonstrate a high level of waterproof protection and resistance to wind and other external weathering factors.

Both systems can also cope easily with tall openings, if you choose the ‘R’ version you can accommodate an opening up to 3.5 metre’s high. Installations of over 40 sashes are also easily achieved with these systems.

The research and development department of ESPO® have produced the full range of hardware and weatherseals for all of the systems, so when you choose  our doors you are assured that every part has been made to perform its own role within the full system.
